Once your order form has been received and processed by ExCeL London, you will be forwarded an invoice along with payment instructions.
PLEASE NOTE - Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received prior to the event.
Sampling of Food and Beverage is only permitted for the producer, manufacturer or seller to promote the bigger product and where they form an essential part of the event.
Exhibitors who wish to provide samples will need to send all the information/documentation requested at least 28 days prior to the event taking place. Please note that sampling will not be permitted without prior notification.
