Eco-friendly cleaning brand, Clean Living International, has launched a new home fragrance collection to provide an alternative to the harmful synthetic scents used in homes across the UK.
The limited-edition Cashmere and Black Amber collection has been designed to enhance the mood and fill the air with a delightful, non-toxic fragrance.
Made from natural ingredients and essential oils to provide complex top, middle and base notes that complement one another perfectly, the range includes a soya candle, reed diffuser, room spray and incense sticks.
Available in an attractive amber glass container, the hand-poured Cashmere and Black Amber candle is made using soya and rape seed to minimise soot, maximise burn time and ensure a high-quality fragrance is created. It is available as a single larger candle or as three smaller candles, ideal for burning in several rooms throughout the home.
The complementary diffuser comes in the same stylish amber glass, and is made with an alcohol-free, non-flammable solution that has been blended with top quality essential oils. Every kit comes with ten natural rattan reed sticks to diffuse over six months, making it a must-have for any mantlepiece, coffee table or windowsill.
When the room needs an extra burst of scent, the Cashmere & Black Amber Room Spray is a must-have. Available in a 100ml bottle made from recyclable glass, it is also paraben-free and features the same high-quality, natural blend of essential oils.
The new eco-friendly incense sticks complete the home fragrance range. Made from bamboo, every individual stick is coated in tree powder and guar gum from tree sap, before being hand-dipped in essential oils. Each pack contains ten sticks which provide a burn time of one hour.
Sue Caldwell, managing director of Clean Living International, commented: “We are so excited about the launch of our limited-edition home fragrance range! Most households have some sort of scented candle, fragrance plug in or oil diffuser, but what many don’t realise is how harmful these items are to our health. The synthetic ingredients used are known to trigger respiratory issues such as asthma, and have been linked to hormone disruption, allergies, and even cancer. So it’s incredibly important that people make the switch for a healthier alternative – if not for the environment then certainly for our health! After all, why would you want to pollute the air you breathe in every day with chemical-laden scents?”
As well as using natural, non-toxic ingredients, Clean Living has taken significant steps to reduce the negative impact on the environment during the production process. Made in Britain, the collection uses locally sourced ingredients, and products are labelled and packaged by hand.
