Hi, I'm Jo at @clean2keepsane, and I live in Milton Keynes with my husband and 2 sons.

I'm passionate about normalising normal, as well as building people up, spreading positivity, trying to keep it real and spreading awareness of mental health.

I wanted to be apart of the Shine Squad as 2023 was such an amazing experience, but also to be able to connect with more people within the cleaning/home/life community.

My top tip is to not let everything you see on social media overwhelm you, you're seeing a snippet of someone's day, so be kind to yourself.
