Hi I'm Helen @tadaa_list, from Cardiff, I am excited to be attending the Clean & Tidy Home Show for the 3rd time, 2nd as part of the Shine Squad.

You will see me zooming around on my mobility scooter as I have Fibromyalgia and other invisible illnesses, that affect my mobility and energy levels. I like to show others that you must count every win, even if that is just getting out of bed that day!
