Dr Aishah Iqbal is a medical doctor, personal trainer and weight loss coach. She created the Mind Over Diets weight loss coaching program to support professional women through a journey to feel healthier, happier and stronger both physically and mentally. She is passionate about educating women on lifestyle and the impact it can have on their health, alongside working on the psychology of behaviour change.
