She also brings her academic-based research on transitioning to motherhood and returning to work in a professional services firm, that she completed for her Masters, into her work.

Kate brings a professional services background, working with business leaders and their teams across different industries when going through an organizational change. Drawing on the experiences of working at a Big Four consulting firm and then with a specialist leadership development consulting firm, Kate applied this knowledge and experience to design and deliver bespoke leadership programmes to ensure the team aligned around values, principles and goals that were realistic and led to tangible business improvements.
