Neil joined the BICSc team in 2015 as Head of Finance. Having worked in numerous industries ranging from hospitality to TV and film production, Neil is able to add his perspective from a customer point of view to the products BICSc offers.

Neil has a passion for technology both in and out of the workplace and is always looking for innovative ways that technology can be used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency within the cleaning industry.

He was instrumental in designing and delivering the BICSc CPSS Assessor app and was the driving force behind the highly successful and constantly expanding Virtual Training Suite which brings the BICSc products to a potential global audience.

Never one to be beaten, Neil’s pet hate is to hear people tell customers: ‘We can’t do that.’ The solution may not always be immediate, but he will always find a solution.
